1. What do you mean by Research? Examine its significance in social and business sciences.

2. List out the sources from which research problems are identified. And also discuss the process of identification of a research problem.

3. What is sampling? Describe the various probability sampling techniques with examples.

4. Evaluate interviewing as a method of data collection.

5. Distinguish between quantitative and qualitative analysis.

6. Describe the importance of multivariate data analysis in the context plurality of independent variables.

7. State the importance of documentation and describe modes for documenting sources.

8. Distinguish between
(a) a technical report and a popular report
(b) an interim report and a summary report
(c) a research abstract and a research article
(d) a topic outline and a sentence outline.
